I think that this quote is partially right but not really. i think that if we do these steps we will be able to do something in life. People are to scared to front bullies. they wont to make them stop but they dont know on how the tone should be when they say no. some people might be to scared to face the truth because they feel as if they might be judged for who they are as a person. Plus it may seem as a  easy thing to do but in reality some people might be shy and terrified just to talk to someone. That's why people should help them instead of them getting humiliated because then that means that all of these steps are just there to be read  not to take action for it. that's why it says to do the right because why, because it s right . i mean in  my perspective people wont even follow or understand what this quote is trying to say because they know they wont be able to do that. So this quote does say something positive but also has a twist to it .
