1. The things that I liked about the class were that, everyday we learned something new and sometimes we would share out our information. 
2. One thing that I didn't like about this class was that, some people were really rude. 
3. Some recommendations for improving the class is less typing tutorials and S.S.S
4. A highlight for me in this class was that I got to learn more about computers and other stuff.
5. I think that I really did my best in this class because I always kept an A.

What this quote is trying to say is that, when you choose the right there will always be great stuff for you out there. By choosing the right it makes your future better and better everyday. Choosing the right will lead you to getting a good career and future. What do you get from choosing the wrong? nothing you just get negative consequences that lead you to not having a great future. For example if you set a goal to have all A's in school you have to choose the right so you could make that goal happen. Another example is when people offer you drugs you have to choose the right and say no because that won't help you in any way! By choosing the right you will make your parents proud and others around. People will look up to you and will just want to be like you. Choosing the right will lead you to being happy with life and yourself. Choosing the right will make you prove people wrong, people who told you that you wouldn't make it. That is why its always important to choose the right and not the wrong.

Overall what this is trying to say is that, character is all that matters. Character is all that matters because character is beauty. All people look for now in days is a beautiful character. Family and friends also look for that because that is what creates a good relationship. For example when you go out with your family and you guys do not disrespect each other that shows a beautiful character of your family and yourself. There will be peace in the world once everyone knows the true value of a beautiful character. Another example is when you give good compliments out to people who are always thinking negative about themselves. Having a beautiful character consist of just not caring about yourself but others too. Beautiful character is the key to success because that's all people look for. Teachers, parents, siblings etc... is what they look for. Schools look for that too colleges look for that too they just don't see your grades. Always have a good character and always choose the right path not the wrong path. 

 Honor and cheating 

Malik Stewart gave it his all but lost and when he lost he went over to the winner and the winners father had gave the hugs because he knew the winners father had cancer and the winner was just doing if for his dad .then the roman chapa who tazered his horse in a horse  race just to win 1 place so be like Malik not chapa .

What is Memorial Day?

R: Memorial day is the day where we honor the fallen American soldiers that went into to battle and died for what they thought what was right, it originated after the American Civil War, were there were two combatants the confederates and the Union, both fought for one thing and that is Slavery

Origin: The confederates fought to keep Slavery while the Union Fought to remove all of Slavery in the U.S, it started  during April 12, 1861 – May 9, 1865, but let’s not forget that Memorial Day is the day that we give our thanks to those who gave up their lives to keep this country safe from Harms way (U.S.A)

What are some ways that we can show honor and respect on Memorial Day

R: It’s hard to say but if my opinion and my way of doing it, from the start I always wanted to join the Marine Corps and wanted to serve my country because they had taught me knowledge about the world in return I will dedicate myself to join the Military like my father before me.

R: Like Any other day My dad throws a big BBQ at home and invites everyone in my family, the best thing about it is that I feel like a true patriot to my country and knowing that I will serve my country one day, that’s the best part of the hole day, I will just have to wait when I get older to join the Military.  

    

Wellness Specialist

Wellness Specialists are people who train and support people on any of their health goals. These people usually work in schools, local governments, companies and other organizations. Their main goal is to educate people on their health. To improve daily choices, prevent illnesses or any local resources. These people usually speak a lot. As they would hold seminars, etc.

The amount of money they earn is about $49,480 dollars a year. They earn $15.77 dollars every hour.

To become a wellness specialist you must have a degree related to nursing, fitness or sports medicine. Other than that, there’s no specific requirements needed for this job.

Reflection: I wouldn’t want to be one. The reason why is because these specialists tend to talk a lot to the public. I really don’t like to talking to the public as I feel I would mess up a lot.

Reflection:  what this quote is trying to say is that if we have goals . to keep push and try to reach them . and if we do and we reach our goals than everything will fall into place . that with one thing that we do that's right then we will succeed . i believe in this strongly  but that the same time how do i know what is the right thing to do the reach success . it's  weird but strongly true . who said something weird can't be true . i think this is like the secret recipe for how to reach your goals . we can all do it if we use this .

This is an outstanding quote by Wilford Woodruff. What is quote means is that when you do wrong you don't really get anything positive.  When you do wrong it does not help you in anything. You do not grow as a person by doing wrong. You grow as a person when you do what is right not when you do what is wrong.  When you do what is wrong you will get bad things. The only thing you will gain is a bad conscious and a bad reputation.  You have to CTR no matter what. If you do the wrong it’s  not going to help you gain anything. In fact if you do what is right it is going to help you. You will learn something out of it. You will gain something.

There isn’t anything else better that that. It will feel good knowing you did the right thing. You will feel like a really good person, and that is the best feeling in the world. For example if someone is getting blamed for something they didn't do and you step up and say the truth. If you wouldn't of have said it that person would have been accused of something he/she did not do. You will feel great and that person will thank you. You always have to do what is right. It affect everyone around them. If you say something mean to a person and really hurt there feelings they might start to believe or. Thats called self fufilling prophecy. They might also tell a friend or counselor and people might start to really dislike you. Although, if you are a nice person you wouldn't have to worry about that.
If your nice more people will want to be around you and more poeple will like you. No one ever wants to be around someone who is rude.
Another example might not be what you say but what you do to another person. Some people you have to be very careful with. Some might not like to be touched in anyway and some others might not like to be talked to a certain way. This is why when you talk to people you must always be polite. The worse thing that may happen is them make fun of you because of how polite you are.But that has nothing to do with you. It shows more about the other person then yourself.

You dont want a guy that is always going out with his friends and that is not going to support you on anything. You need to know if that guy really means it. That will tell you nice stuff when you are sad. That makes food and cleans because your not going to be the only doing that you need to be doing some parts but no all parts. It's not good to have a guy that will just want you for bad stuff and for food and a place to live in. You need a guy that will help you in the ups and downs. You need some one that will be loyal to you not just to be there for nothing. A guy that you will safe with. You need a guy that will be honest if you dont trust him he is not for you.
